Spelling words –test on Friday
Look for Homework (HW) to come home a few times this week. HW needs to come back the next day. If the HW is not returned under a normal circumstance, they will miss minutes of their recess. They will also have a 0/100 points until the paper is returned finished.

* HW might be things like this:

1. Reading Max the Cat at home.

(Read it to them. Read it with them. Read it by themselves. Return the book to school)

2. Cutting, stapling, and Reading a short story.

(Return the book to school)

Monday –Sept. 3rd NO SCHOOL – Labor Day
Tuesday – Sept. 4th - Pictures

Each day we will color in what kind of day we have had!

If the square is green – they had a great day at school.

If the square is yellow – they missed 10 minutes of recess.

If it’s orange, they missed all of their recess.

Look for a note.

If it’s pink – they did all of the above plus have been to see the principal.

Talk to them about their day!!!
· Make sure you have returned all papers that were to be signed and a school fee!
