- Spelling words –Practice test on Wednesday. Final test on Thursday.
- Look for Homework (HW) to come home a few times this week.
- HW needs to come back the next day.
- If the HW is not returned under a normal circumstance, they will miss minutes of their recess.
- They will also have a 0/100 points until the paper is returned finished.
- Monday: Sight Word Flashcards
- Tuesday: Reading Max the Cat at home (Read it to them. Read it with them. Have the child read it by themselves.)
- No School Friday - Teacher Inservice.
- No School Monday - Labor Day.
- Picture Day : Tuesday after Labor Day. All Kids will get their picture taken - whether you are buying pictures or not. The kids' pictures will go into the yearbook.

Each day we will color in what kind of day we have had!
If the square is green – they had a great day at school. If the square is purple - they had a warning. If the square is yellow – they missed 10 minutes of recess.
If it’s orange, they missed all of their recess. Look for a note. If it’s pink – they did all of the above plus have been to see the principal.
